These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://arvesteco.com and any inquiries you submit through it (the "Site"), operated by ArvestEco ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site presents information about our products and export services for international buyers. It is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer to sell.

• Submitting a request for quotation (RFQ) or inquiry is a request for information — it is not an order and does not create a binding contract.
• Any quotation we provide is an invitation to proceed and is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in it.
• A binding sale is formed only when the specific terms — product, grade, price, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, payment, and delivery — are agreed in a proforma invoice or written contract signed or confirmed by both parties.
• Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change until confirmed in that proforma invoice or contract.

Because we deal in agricultural and natural products, characteristics such as colour, size, moisture, and appearance can vary naturally between batches and seasons. Specifications shown on the Site are representative; the agreed specification for any order is the one recorded in the proforma invoice or contract. Certifications and documentation are arranged per product and destination and confirmed at the quotation stage.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to ArvestEco and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the content for your own business purposes but may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit it commercially without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or security, submitting false or misleading information, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services (for example, messaging or freight providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and using them is at your own risk.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Warranties relating to goods, if any, are set out only in the applicable order contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that any goods you inquire about or order may be lawfully imported into, and used in, your country, and for all import duties, taxes, clearances, and destination-specific requirements. Both parties agree to comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms. Terms of individual sales contracts may specify their own governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is posted here, with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
